Profile :
Experience:
Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Mobile Equipment repair7 Years and more in the mechanical discipline, preferably in the Oil & Gas IndustryExtensive, in-depth experience working with a wide range of CAT equipment and enginesPractical, hands-on experience in repair and diagnostics of HME, especially CAT
Skills :
Ability to read general arrangement and manufacturing drawings and work with PI&D diagramsCompetence in using measuring devices and tools associated with HME repairStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systemsDemonstrated leadership qualities and team-working skillsGood organizational skills and effective time managementAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
Scope of works :
Conduct repair and maintenance of heavy mobile equipment (HME) utilized in mining operations.Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts.Ensure operating safety devices function properly after repairs, modifications, and installations.Provide recommendations on best practices and transfer knowledge on the job.Prepare detailed reports and undertake developmental activities such as creating work instructions, procedures, and guidelines.
