ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is responsible for ensuring efficiency, performance optimization, and the application of best practices to align operational objectives with the company’s strategic goals. The role requires expertise in *LEAN methodologies, *Six Sigma, and asset management strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and Implement Performance Improvement Programs – Establish structured methodologies for enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deploy Asset Management Strategy – Work closely with teams to optimize asset performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Operational Goal Setting & Tracking – Define KPIs, monitor progress, and refine strategies to meet organizational targets.
- Action Plan Development & Execution – Identify performance gaps, create improvement initiatives, and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Employee Engagement & Improvement Programs – Promote participation in continuous improvement efforts and provide necessary support.
- LEAN Culture & Tools Deployment – Lead integration of FMDS, Kaizen, A3, Six Sigma, and other improvement models into daily operations.
- Performance Optimization Leadership – Execute and oversee large-scale projects aimed at improving efficiency and reducing operational risks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work alongside various departments to enhance operational performance while maintaining strategic alignment.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Qualification
✅ Education: Engineering degree (Bacc+5 or equivalent).
✅Certifications: LEAN Black Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP (Project Management Professional) or IAM (Asset Management) certification.
Experience
✅ 8-10 years in operational excellence, asset management, or continuous improvement.
✅Proven success in implementing performance improvement strategies across complex operational environments.
✅Strong experience in process optimization, risk management, and cross-functional project execution.
Technical Skills:
✅ Expertise in LEAN methodologies (FMDS, Kaizen, A3, Six Sigma).
✅ Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6).
✅ Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Soft Skills:
Leadership and strategic thinking to drive change and foster improvement.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve business objectives.
