The Deputy Project Director - Project Controls is responsible to ensure the effective management of the project scope, planning & scheduling, costs control, risks management and document control of the project to support to the project objectives.
The Deputy Project Director - Project Controls ensures the enforcement of project administrative processes and the implementation of project systems.
He/She also sets, and implements the project controls, the monitoring, the reporting and, critically, the forecasts for the project schedule and costs, to provide the Project Director with necessary tools and information to understand the health status of the project, the areas of risks (costs, planning & schedule, progress, accounting) and the follow up on mitigation actions.
