Your main responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Power Generation Technical Coach (M/F) who will join our team.

The position will include :

• Assess all technician's skills, identify areas of improvement
• Work with the PG team to transfer skills, and knowledge to all technicians. (Electrical & Mechanical) all technician assessments to be documented
• Work with the PG inspection team to advise and train them to a high standard
• Assess all Equipment, PM's and Planned overhaul to ensure they are appropriate and recommend and oversee any changes / Improvements Required
• Reporting Directly to Superintendent

Your background

Qualification/certifications:

• Cummins OEM trained with all qualifications and Certifications such as the following : Cummins Engine KTA 50 + QSK 60, QSX15, QSB & NTA
• Genset Synchronization (Cummins DMC/PCC 3300, 2100, 1302, 1301,3201,2300) – HMI (220, 211,PSO 500,PSO 600,320)
• INSITE and INPOWER tools trained
  

Skills :

• ET / SIS, Jaltest and Cummins Diagnostic tools
• MMS and EAM
• Fluent in English, French is a plus

Experience :

• At least 10 years' experience as a qualified field technician.
• Qualification or background as a technical trainer required.
