Your Main Responsibility :

You play a key role in the effective asset management of the production plant. The primary role is to assist in identifying and managing asset reliability risks that could adversely affect business objectives in their assigned area of responsibility.

Position Specific Accountabilities:

Realize data extraction and cleansing from Client’s systems and perform preliminary analysis.

1- Assist the Senior Reliability Engineer in producing reliability studies as per world-class standards using data analysis techniques, including:

• Statistical controls and reliability modeling and prediction
• Weibull analysis

2- Participate in multidisciplinary Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on major plant failures, including latent root cause identification, efficient action plan measurement, and monitoring of implementation.

3- Assist the Senior Reliability Engineer in producing fixed assets maintenance strategy based on RCM methodology, including but not limited to:

• Criticality studies

• Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)

• Support EAM PM implementation with relevant information

Cross Functional Accountabilities and Authorities :

• Recommending policies standars, procedures and objectives

• Monitoring

• Advising

• Service providing

• Stopping

• Prescribing

Qualifications/Technical Skills/Experience :

1- Qualification :

• Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering degree

2- Technical Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in a large maintenance organization in an integrated industrial setting
• Knowledge of reliability techniques such as RCA, RCM, and loss profile analysis
• Fluency in English is an asset; French and Malagasy would be advantageous
• Able to withstand stress and conflict situations
• Able to adapt and perform in complex events and activities involving multiple parties
• Has autonomy and is able to structure and develop an organization
• Can adapt to multicultural teams
• Has a service-oriented attitude
