Project Objectives:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the asset base, including equipment types, criticality, and operating history.
  • Implement and maintain a robust RBI program in accordance with industry standards (e.g., API 580/581).
  • Identify and quantify potential risks associated with asset degradation, failure, and operational hazards.
  • Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies, including inspection planning, maintenance strategies, and operational modifications.

  • Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Criticality Analysis to identify potential failure mechanisms and their consequences.
  • Utilize reliability data, operating history, and industry best practices to inform risk assessments.
  • Calculate the probability of failure (PoF) and the consequence of failure (CoF) using appropriate methodologies.
  • Regularly update risk assessments based on inspection results, operational changes, and new information.
