🧰 Job Offer – Lifting and Mobile equipment operations (National) trainer

Location: Toamasina Madagascar

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 5 months

Working Hours: 5/2 schedule

Reporting Line:

🔧 Skilled and experienced in the following areas:
🚜 Mobile Equipment Operation:
- 🏗️ Forklift (Categories 3 & 4)
- 🚚 Telescopic Forklift
- 🚜 Front Wheel Loader
- 🛠️ Skid Steer Loader
- 🚛 Boom Truck and Backhoe (considered an asset)
🪝 Lifting Operations:
- 🧰 Rigging Level 1 (Basic Rigging)
- 🧰 Rigging Level 2 (Intermediate Rigging)
- 🏗️ Overhead Crane Operations
- 🚧 Mobile Crane (a plus)
👨‍🏫 Experience as a trainer or in a training advisory role within an industrial setting is desirable.
🤝 Familiarity with training processes or experience in facilitation, mentoring, or coaching staff in field environments is highly valued.
💻 Proficient in standard office computing tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
🗣️ A good level of French and the ability to deliver training in English would be considered a strong advantage.

Support the Training Department in addressing significant non-compliances in Lifting and Mobile Equipment training by providing:

🏫 Facilitate classroom training and conduct practical sessions at CFA and/or in the field
✅ Perform Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments to ensure skill proficiency
📚 Develop and review training materials as required
🎯 Ensure quality and effectiveness of all training provided, maintaining high standards
🗂️ Comply with administrative requirements: timely delivery, accurate documentation, proper record-keeping, and uploading of training evidence
🔄 Participate in all activities related to lifting and mobile equipment training
